RECORD STORE DAY!

Our very first Record Store Day at Fat Elephant Records was beyond anything we imagined. 

We’re still buzzing from the love, energy, and support you all brought—especially the many many of you who were already lined up at 7AM and we didn’t even open until 9AM!

As a shop that’s only been open a little over 6 months and approved late for RSD, we honestly didn’t know what to expect. But YOU showed up—and showed us just how incredible this community really is.

We’re so grateful to every single one of you who came through the doors, dug through crates, hung out, listen to the live music thanks to ???? and made our first RSD one to remember. 

Our goal is to make Fat Elephant one of the best record stores in the Sacramento area—and with your help, feedback, and continued support, we know we’ll get there.

We’re already looking forward to an even bigger RSD in November. Let’s keep building something special together.
